Ever want to dance for a living? Love Disney? Want to move to Japan and have Disney pay your way?
If you are female, strong in Hula Awana, Tahitian, and Maori (poi balls) dance, 18 and over, come on down!
Dress in your favorite pareo or pa’u skirt with a bikini top and bring your poi balls, resume, and headshot to KapCC for auditions on Saturday, Sept. 21 at 10 a.m. in the Maile Building. Auditions will be held for The Polynesian Paradise Show at the Tokyo Disneyland Resort.
The Disney auditions website advises those auditioning to please park in Parking Lot A, at the corner of Kilauea Ave. and Makapu’u Ave. and then proceed to the Maile building.
Sign-in for the auditions will be 9:30 a.m. – 10 a.m. in the Maile Building.
The Disney auditions website informs interested dancers they must be willing to relocate if they get the job and the year-long contracts will begin in January or March 2014.
Performers will receive a competitive salary (pay varies, depending on role and show), a per diem, round trip travel, a private apartment, 5-day work weeks, and the chance to experience one of the world’s most fascinating and vibrant cities.
