October, eWaste event

Have some eWaste and don’t know where to dump it? Each building on the Kapi’olani Community College campus has a collection point. This event is free and starts Wednesday, Oct. 25 to Nov. 1.

Keep in mind, if the hardrive or storage device has sensitive or confidential information on it,  a CELTT ORF must be submitted so this equipment can be handled in the appropriate manner.

Items that are not environmentally friendly, like toner cartridges cannot be disposed of during this eWaste event. Also, batteries that are separate from a device cannot be eWasted. Do not eWaste cracked computer or TV monitors.
