This week is Restaurant Week. For seven days fine-dining, fast food restaurants and more will be featuring special items on their menu’s and promotions and discounts. Those dining will be able to experience a variety of restaurants, foods and dishes prepared using locally grown foods by Hawaiʻi’s Chefs.
A portion of the proceeds from Restaurant Week will go to the Culinary Institute of the Pacific (CIP) at Diamond Head, which is Hawaii’s first four-year culinary program.
